Article 3. Determination of the winner

The winner will be selected in a completely random manner by computer software within 2 calendar months of the closing date, with all participants having an equal chance of winning the relevant prize. 1 winner will be drawn and 10 backup winners in case the winner does not meet the conditions or does not claim his/her prize within the stated deadline.

3.2. The winner will be notified of the prize won by post, telephone or e-mail to the postal address, telephone number or e-mail address provided by the participant.

3.3. Prizes must be claimed within 14 calendar days of notification to the winner.

3.4. Claims for prizes are not transferable. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes that may apply unless prohibited by law.

3.5. In the event of an unsuccessful notification to the winner, the right to claim the prize will lapse.
